Slovenia's national team is getting weaker every year; Oblak is the only top-level player left, but with only one goalkeeper, they can't achieve much success on the international stage.
Kosovars, however, have become a truly formidable opponent, as evidenced by their results in the group stage – Kosovo is in second place, and a draw or a win today guarantees at least a playoff spot.
The first match ended in a goalless draw. Slovenia only retains a chance of competing for second place with a win, but Kosovo's squad is in no way inferior to the hosts. So we expect a tense match, but we're leaning toward a win for the visitors.
