Germany have improved their results on the international stage in recent years, and at this World Cup they have brought a pretty good squad with which they can definitely qualify for the play-offs. Germany got off to a good start with two solid wins over Hungary and Kazakhstan, but today's opponent will be tougher. Still, it's worth noting that Norway has not been doing well lately - there are no more bright stars in the national team that would play in the NHL or KHL (there is only Emil Lilleberg from Tampa, who had a bad season), so we think Germany is the favourite today.
