Manchester United and Tottenham are having one of the worst seasons in their history, going 16th and 17th in the Premier League respectively, but a win in the UEFA Europa League will help one of the teams not to completely blow it.
In terms of form both teams are equal, Spurs and Devils have equally bad form at the moment, although the teams were just saving their core squad for when they could make it to the final. Manchester looks a bit more favourable, as the team had a more difficult way to the final - a dramatic denouement with Lyon, and Athletic Bilbao have been strong this year, while Tottenham's only serious opponents were Eintracht.
We do not think that there will be many goals in this final, given the poor form of both teams. Moreover, we expect that if the teams score in regulation time, the scoring side will play to keep the score.
Prediction: one of the teams not to score. We recommend the “BTTS - No” bet, odds 2.1
